Choose the number of days you wish to train, select from home or gym options, and choose whether you wish to follow Harriets static plans based on her own training, or have a more adaptable option that will offer you exercise swaps if needed.
Enter your goals and stats upon sign up and within 48 hours you will receive personalised macros and recipes based on your preferences. These are totally optional meal ideas that will fit directly into your calorie goals. Receive new recipes each month and gain access to a Harriet’s full nutrition manual to ensure you learn as much as you can about nutrition for your goal.
